Commission Process
Commissions are on a case-by-case basis. Pricing for commissions varies based on the material you choose and the complexity of the artwork requested.
The turnaround time for commissioned pieces is influenced by the time of year in which the request is placed. Commissions submitted during the summer months typically have a shorter fulfillment period (between 1-2 weeks), while those requested during the academic year may require additional time (between 3-6 weeks) due to my professional commitments as an educator. I appreciate your understanding of my availability and will always strive to provide a clear timeline upon inquiry.
Return/Damage Policy
Should you be unhappy with your product or your product came to you damaged, please contact my email and I can process a refund to the card you paid with or provide you with a replacement free of charge.
Copyright and Usage
All commissioned and original artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist (Lily Savage). Purchasing a piece does not transfer copyright ownership. Artwork may not be reproduced, resold, altered, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
The use of my artwork in any form of Artificial Intelligence (AI) training, machine learning, or generative models is strictly prohibited. Additionally, minting, selling, or distributing my work as NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) or other blockchain-based assets is not permitted without prior written consent.
I reserve the right to display images of commissioned work for portfolio, promotional, or social media purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
